This is one of three fondue pots that I purchased recently. I used this one for a vegetable oil based fondue. It kept the oil heated really well. I'd never tried fondue cooking before and this was a complete, yummy success.

Very poor quality, it started to rust after the first usage. Well, we are glad it started so early, so we could return it to Amazon. You better spend more money to get a fondue set you can actually use not only once.

I'm no fondue expert, but I bought two different fondue sets and the other is better by far and for about the same price. This burned the cheese and I couldn't keep the fuel lit. It kept going out and it was impossible to control the temperature. It also left burn stains on the bottom of the pot. You're better off with something else!
